Ottered Designs

I’m fascinated by mint, an AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript And XML) / PHP web stats tracking system… so as I’ve got to track stats for a few sites, and one being the work I am doing at my day job.

So here is an idea, I am spawning an Open Source project, my first ever.

I’ve decided to call it Menthol (hoping that it is not used anywhere else).

Anyway, I’ve started coding (really badly no doubt), with the following:

• ADOdb
• PHP (starting with v4 compatibility)

The initial stage will be static and not using any AJAX technologies.

Lets see how we go… what do you think to the idea?
