- Lecturer - Computing and Information Technology Studies
- Duties included the delivery of a wide range of subject material ranging from Word Processing and Spreadsheets to Web Design and Network Administration. Design and instigation of a new web system for IT students providing a communications hub for students and staff. Participation in AQTF gap audit. During 2003’s progress audit the government’s AQTF auditors praised my work and raise it as best practice within SWAN TAFE.
- Library Systems Officer
- Management of the Library Catalogue system (GEAC Libs+) and associated daily tasks including generation of reports, unlocking of client records, rebooting, systems maintenance (Solaris 2.6), web site updates and maintenance (Intra- and Inter-net), and the ongoing support of PC systems and internal and external clients. Clients covered the City of Joondalup and the City of Wanneroo.

The duties included software and hardwaretroubleshooting, software installation, hardware installation, long and short term reporting, long and short-term fault diagnostics.
