Professionalism

Professionalism is a core standard for any member of a company, and a professional perspective on work will be reflected in all other aspects of the work completed.
My personal work ethic is one of professionalism and flexibility. I look at the workplace as somewhere I allow my personal standards to be reflected in the company standards.

Reliability

Reliability in the workforce is of high importance to any company. This reliability provides the company with a core structure that they can then build upon.
I pride myself on my reliability in the workplace. This brings a reliable and stable work team. A team that is stable contains a central ability to perform.

Innovation

Innovation is the ability to bring new ideas into the working environment and then take these ideas and create the final product. Innovation can be both in a product that is for sale, but also can be in the working practices within the company.
I would bring a fresh and challenging innovative and creative mind to the company. I have an ability to think outside and inside the loop, which then enables unique and effective solutions to be brought to completion. My belief is that innovation is 10% creativity, 50% belief, and 40% effort.

Determination

With any working environment, the determination to produce effective and excellent results is core to the ability for the company to complete its product.
I would bring my own determination to work effectively and efficiently to the company. This determination also provides myself with the drive to develop my personal abilities so that the company may benefit.

Education

Education is a core to any progression within your working environment. It also enables the staff member to enlarge his (or her) own capabilities and knowledge. This education then brings forward new skills that may be applied to the working environment.
I bring a willingness to educate myself, and those around me, in the areas of information technology, design, and innovation. My enthusiasm for the IT industry has made me a potent educator for 12 years, as well as a good source for technical assistance. The ability to self educate as well as be part of any training programs that the company may use, enables myself to develop and expand my skills. Within the company I would bring the ability to recognise my personal skills and knowledge as well as encouraging others to recognise their capabilities, and then to stretch these boundaries.
